Confectionery Retailer Assistant Manager

40 hours per week, 5 days from 7 between 9am-9pm, wage negotiable depending on experience. Assistant Manager required for new chocolate store opening in September 2006. Must be over 18. A minimum of one year's supervisory experience is essential within a retail environment ideally in a prestige brand. Good management and team leading skills essential. To be able to understand store targets, the ability to coach and to give feed back effectively. Must be IT literate. Duties will include maximising sales, provide first class customer service, take responsibility with the store manager for achieving targets, stock management and to act as an appointed first aider.
