As part of its 10th anniversary celebrations Bluewater is launching The Bluewater Apprenticeship Scheme, to find the retail experts of tomorrow.

Based at The Learning Shop, the scheme will provide six high-flying 16 to 24 year olds with the skills and experience vital to a career in retail.

The successful candidates will benefit from a 12-month programme that includes classroom and placement based training to achieve an NVQ.

The apprenticeship will provide an insight into every aspect of running a successful retail business, from working on the shopfloor, to being part of the Bluewater management team.
