In the first six months of Bluewater's tenth anniversary year, Europe's leading retail and leisure destination has collected a record number of awards from a range of prestigious industry bodies.

 

The most recent were two silvers at the Sceptre Awards on June 24, adding to the gold and silver awards presented at ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Solal Marketing Awards earlier this month, victory in the Group Travel Awards' 'Best Town or Shopping Centre' category in June, and the 'National Champion' Green Apple Environment Award in February.

 

The Sceptre Awards recognise management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate real excellence in the retail industry.  With thirteen different categories, Bluewater was runner-up Customer Service Team of the year and Security Team of the year.

 

A week earlier, on June 18, Bluewater beat over 100 entrants from across Europe at the ICSC Solal Marketing Awards to win gold for its Christmas PR activity and a silver award for the Christmas advertising campaign.

 

Bluewater collected the prestigious National Champion award at the The Green Apple Environment Awards in recognition of its highly successful sustainable ethos.
