Operational
One of the Bluewaters Commercialisation team will liaise with you directly to arrange for all required documents to be emailed / posted when you book the promotion.

For reference: Bluewater will require you to provide:

• A copy of your public liability insurance (Minimum value £5 million)
• A method statement
• A signed copy of terms and conditions
• Graphics of your promotion
• A signed license
• Full payment is required before entry.

Please find a downloadable version of an example License, Terms and Conditions and blank Method Statement. These provide a comprehensive guide to the full expectation and legal requirements of Bluewater.

In large build projects you will be requested to supply a detailed method statement produced for the promotion. Invoices will be posted to the address on the license - promotions will only be accepted once payment has cleared. Bookings are not confirmed until all documents have been received and payment has been made.
