Setup
Prior to setting up you will be contacted by one of Bluewaters Event Coordinators. They will be avaible on you arrival day to guide you into the centre and provide all the information required for a comfortable stay in Bluewater.
Upon arrival please go to Service Area 12 and make contact with the Bluewater Help Centre via the help phone in the Service Area or dial direct on 01322 623423 and wait for assistance. Please note that access to the promotional site will not be allowed until the Help Centre is notified.
Note: vehicles may not remain in the service area during the promotion

Electrical Equipment Electrical equipment should be subject to test in accordance with the IEE Regulations and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
For motor powered vehicles:
Trolleys/moving equipment/boxes etc. must be clear from the display at least one hour before trading commences. In addition, such items cannot be seen on the malls or within the promotional demise until one hour before and one hour after trading.
