Bluewater has four Concierge Desks. The Concierge Desks provide an information point for all our Guests. Two are located on the upper level of the mall at the Green and Red Welcome Halls (indicated on all maps with a 'W'), one is located on the lower level of the mall outside Marks and Spencer, and the other is situated at the Transit Centre.
Your Guide to Bluewater
A selection of guides are available at the Concierge Desks and all main entrances where Directory Boards are located. The Mall Guide contains a listing of all stores by category, a map clearly indicting where stores are located, information on what’s new at Bluewater and an update on activities. While the mall guide lists the stores by category, the directory boards provides an A-Z listing.
Transport Information
Leaflets outlining public transport information are available at the Concierge Desks where Hosts also have access to train and bus timetables. For further details on how to get to Bluewater refer to the 'How to get here' section.
Tourist Information
Our Concierge Desks have leaflets on various local tourist attractions
Taxi Bookings
Concierge Hosts will book taxis if none are available at the taxi rank, outside Marks and Spencer.
Restaurant Bookings
Bookings can be made for several of the restaurants within the Water Circus and The Village via the Concierge Desks or by phoning the restaurants direct. For a full list of catering outlets within Bluewater refer to the 'Dining' page.
Lost Property
If you have misplaced or found any items, simply report the items to one of the Hosts on any of the five Concierge Desks where the items will be recorded into an electronic database of Lost and Found that is maintained at the Desks. If you have lost an item during your visit to Bluewater please call 01322 62 33 01 where are host can check our database for you.
