2. The Promotion is to run from and including 16th November to 7th December 2012.3. The Promotion is open to the residents of the United Kingdom only. 4. Employees of Blueco Limited (the ‘Promoter’) and related companies are excluded from this competition. 5. To enter the Promotion all entrants must be over 18 years of age on 16th November 2012. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 7. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. 8. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete and submit all of the required details on the entry form on line from the homepage at www.bluewater.co.uk by midnight on 7th December 2012. Alternatively, entrants must complete and submit the entry form to a member of Bluewater staff at the Concierge desks located in Bluewater by midnight on 7th December 2012. 9. By submitting a completed entry form, the entrant will be automatically registered to receive the Bluewater e-newsletter. One Prize Draw entrant will be selected to win all the prizes described on the 8th December 2012.11. 24. The Promoter and its related companies shall not be liable for any of the prizes in any way whatsoever.25. All exclusions and/or limitations of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury through negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.26. The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of equal or greater value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
