FAQ:

Q: What age group is this event suitable for?
A: The inflatable assault course is suitable for children aged 4 to 11 years, or those who are over 100cm in height.
Q:  Is there a height restriction?
A:  Children must be a minimum of 100cm tall to participate - no exceptions for safety reasons.
Q: Are children with sensory sensitivities welcome?
A: Absolutely! We start each day with a specially designed session for children with sensory sensitivities.  These sessions welcome fewer participants and a calmer environment.  Booking is not available and queueing will still be required. 
Sensory Session timings:
Monday-Saturday: 9am-10am
Sunday: 10am-11am
Q: Can a parent/guardian accompany a participant?
A: Yes, children of any age may have a parent/guardian on the course if needed. Max weight 95kg 
Q: Do parent/guardian need to stay on-site?
A: Yes!  All parent/guardian MUST remain within the premises for the duration of their child’s session.
Q: Is a waiver required?
A: Yes. A signed waiver by a parent/guardian is mandatory for every child participating in the course.  
Q:  Is it suitable for participants with mobility issues?
A: Due to the physical nature of the inflatable obstacles, this activity is not suitable for participants with mobility issues.
Q:  Will there be seating?
A:  Limited seating is available and is prioritised for nursing parents and those who need to sit due to mobility or health reasons. As this is a high-turnover experience with short sessions, most parents won't need to stand for extended periods unless queues are longer during busy times.
Q:  Will there be queues?
A:  This is a free experience which doesn't require prebooking, so please be prepared to queue.  Each general session accommodates 40 participants, so queues should move at regular intervals.
Q:  Where is the closest parking?
A:  Guildhall Car Park, at John Lewis
Q:  Where is the West Village Marquee?
A:  The West village marquee is located in Bluewater Shopping Centre, along the Guildhall between John Lewis and House of Fraser.  Exit out of Arcade Shopping and you'll find us in the Marquee outside Cote Brasserie.
Q:  Will there be toilets/baby facilities?
A:  The closet toilets/baby facilities are back inside Bluewater at Arcade Shopping
Q:  Can I take photos?
A:  Yes! parents/guardians can take photos and videos of their children during the experience. Please be mindful of other families and children when taking photos.

Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 10:00am

General Sessions: 
Monday to Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 4:00pm

Storage and Belongings
Q: Are lockers provided?
A: No lockers are available. However, there will be shoe storage provided for all participants.  
Q:  Is there a cloakroom?
A:  There are no cloakroom facilities, please bring only essential items
Q: Is there somewhere to leave pushchairs and buggies
A:  Yes pram parking will be available
All items are left at your own risk
 
Food & Drink
Q: Can I bring food and drinks into the arena?
A: Hot food is not permitted. Cold snacks and cold drinks are allowed.
Q: Will there be food available?
A: Yes! Enjoy tasty Alpro Kids samples in the designated sampling room after completing the course.
 
Safety
Q:  What if my child gets stuck or scared on the course?
A:  Each section of the assault course has a two way zip.  Allowing participants to exit if needed.
Q:  Is there trained first aid staff on-site?
A:  Yes there will be an onsite medic.
Q:  What happens if there is an emergency?
A:  All staff are fully trained on emergency procedures and senior staff are trained on the operation of inflatables.
Q:  Will there be lost property?
A:  Yes please report lost items to a member of staff, who will follow our lost property protocol.
Q:  How do I know the inflatable is safe?
A:  Our inflatable is registered with PIPA.  There is a QR code on the inflatable that can be scanned to find out more information.
Q:  What if I lose sight of my child?
A:  Immediately inform a staff member who will follow our lost child protocol.
