The lead winner must be 18 or over but an Under 18 or Under 12 ticket can be redeemed as the second ticket. All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after 13th September 2025.

The Winner will be notified by Charlton Athletic within 7 days of the closing date, via the email address they used to enter. Please note, if you are the winner you will be contacted about your prize but will not be added to the Charlton database mailing list unless you have opted in. The winner may be asked to confirm their full name, age and email address to claim the prize and provide proof of identity where necessary.

We reserve the right to disqualify the winner from the prize draw if you are unable to provide such details.

Charlton Athletic reserves the right to determine an alternate method of notification shall it be required.

The Winner must claim the applicable prize within 14 days after the Prize Notification.

If the prize(s) is unclaimed after the time specified, Charlton Athletic reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.

The prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions (including, without limitation, for cash) are permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.

The prize is a pair of season tickets; these are together and are not two individual prizes. The prize cannot be exchanged by the Winner.

If the Winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Charlton Athletic shall have no further obligation to the Winner.
