You're invited to our Strong Mind, Strong Body exercise class for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Join us on Saturday 17th May between 9am and 10am for our Strong Mind, Strong Body session that will combine physical fitness and mindfulness practices to promote overall well-being. The fun doesn't end there, the event goes on until 3pm and you'll also get the chance to speak with the Ego-Free Team and the charity North Kent Mind, try one of Wagamama's Positive Juices, check out Molton Brown's Rosemary product line and also get a coffee from Nespresso.
