How to use your Fastrack PLUS+ offer 

First, you will need to make sure you have downloaded the Fastrack app and registered for an account:

1. Visit kent-fastrack.co.uk/app to download our app from your preferred app store.

2. Once you have downloaded the app onto your device, sign up for an account and log in.

3. Once you are logged in you will automatically land on the Live Buses page (the map).

Follow these steps to purchase a ticket:

1. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines.

2. Once on the menu, select the Mobile Tickets option.

3. You will then be provided with a list of ticket categories. Scroll down, find and select the ‘Fastrack’ category.

4. Select the “Bluewater Fastrack Family Day Summer '25” ticket.

5. Select the “Go To Checkout” Button to purchase a ticket.

6. Once selected, this will provide you with the checkout summary page – select “Add A Discount Code” to apply your discount.

7. Enter the discount code “BWFSP25” and select “Apply”.

8. Choose your payment method.

9. Read and accept the terms and conditions and select “Buy Ticket”.

10. We will then process your payment. Once the payment has been processed successfully, your ticket will appear at the top of the ‘Mobile Tickets’ page in the app. Your ticket will be available to activate during the promotional period – be sure to only activate the ticket on the day you intend to travel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Family day ticket allowing up to 5 people including a maximum of 2 adults unlimited travel on all Fastrack Thameside services all day long on Fastrack. Thameside routes as long as one trip is to or from Bluewater.

2. Purchase through the Fastrack App ONLY and not from the driver.
