Book a group visit
We offer a variety of benefits and incentives to pre-booked group visits of 10 or more people. If you’re arriving by coach, we can provide:
- Dedicated coach pick-up and drop-off bays
- Secure coach parking
- Meet and greet service on arrival
To book a group visit, please contact Bluewater Reception with your date and time of arrival, postal address, number of guests/coaches and contact details for the organiser and driver. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Visiting from overseas?
On arrival at Bluewater, you can change your currency at Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, and selected banks and travel agents.
Note that when you visit the UK you may be able to recover the value added tax (VAT) paid on many services.
Staying in Kent
