Car parking

There are 13,000 car parking spaces at Bluewater, and parking is free of charge all day, every day. Spaces are extra wide to allow for easy parking and to give you room for loading all those shopping bags. We have a sophisticated traffic management system in place to ensure hassle-free parking and easy access into the parking areas.

Car parking spaces are never more than a five-minute walk away from entrances, with separate pedestrian pathways so children don’t need to cross busy roadways.

We meet Safer Parking Scheme standards and have been granted the Safer Parking Award, meaning we provide police-accredited parking in all our car parks.

Bike parking

There are cycle bars where bikes can be secured outside House of Fraser, near the John Lewis Customer Collection Point (Red Car Park), in the Green Car Park and outside the Marks & Spencer Food Hall.

You can find designated motorbike spaces to the left of John Lewis, next to the ground-floor level of the Green Car Park. Look out for a cobbled area, where you’ll find bays marked with a motorbike symbol on the ground.

There are also triangular spaces for motorbikes at the ends of the first rows inside all the multi-storey car parks.
