Terms and conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.  

2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however, you are required to be a Plus+ Rewards Club member and have internet access and an email address to enter the prize draw. 

3. To enter, simply visit https://www.bluewater.co.uk/en/the-entertainer-competition and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per email address into this prize draw and entries made over the maximum number will be void and not be entered into this prize draw. 

4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 15th May 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 21st May 2025.  Entries received after this time will not be valid.  

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  

6. There will be one winner, who will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 22nd May 2025.  

7. The winner will receive a 1-minute trolley-basket dash (“Trolley Dash”) around Bluewater’s The Entertainer store, to take place on 24th May 2025 before the new store opens (the “Prize”). 

8. Prize details include: 

1. The winner will be limited to 1 trolley-basket to collect all their goods.​ 

2. All goods collected must be items for sale in The Entertainer Bluewater store.​ 

3. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.  

4.  Duplicate products will not be allowed to be collected in the Trolley Dash, ie no identical goods, even if different in weight, size, colour etc. ​ 

5.  Products collected during the Trolley Dash are excluded from refunds and cannot be redeemed for a cash or credit equivalent, however the winner’s statutory rights are not affected.​ 

6. Ranges excluded from the Trolley Dash include​: 

Furby’s​; Gift Card; All Lego; V-tech; Leapfrog; Tonies; PopMart; Lexi Books ; Animatronic animals/creatures​ (excluding Pitter Patter Pets); Hatchimals/Bitzees/Punirune 

7. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable post-Prize publicity in the form of photographs and/or video with the Promotor. 

8. The Promotor will contact the winner via the details provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  

9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.   

10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails: Events@theentertainer.com (Subject: Trolley Dash Prize Draw), or writes to: Trolley Dash Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: Events@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.   

12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.  

13. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 13 regarding the announcement of the winner. 

14. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. 

15. The Promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
